How did you get into snowboarding: My dad brought home one of the first issues of International Snowboard Magazine when he returned from a business trip and then my brother had Action Now magazine. Both publications immediately caught my attention because they were so progressive for anything action-oriented. When we went on our next family trip to Utah we rented snowboards – my first board was a 135 Burton Cruiser with mega-flex bindings.

What do you love most about snowboarding: You aren't human anymore. It gives you the ability to travel down the mountain like a bird and it elevates your desires. Snowboarding gives you a way to do and be more.

What are you most excited for this season: All the adventures that Eagle County provides.
