Do you have a passion for snowboarding, skiing, and splitboarding? Are you interested in an opportunity to work with one of the world’s largest backcountry brands? Weston is looking to expand our team for the 26/27 season with a couple of part-time customer service slayers.
Job Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to support us seasonally from September – March, with potential for recurring seasonal employment. The ideal candidate will be patient, love solving problems for customers, have worked in a ski/snowboard retail or customer service position, have technical knowledge of backcountry gear (and loves talking about it), and be able to learn quickly and work independently. You will join us on our front line of customer interaction via timely responses to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries. Additionally, you may also work with our events team, as well as warranty department.

Backcountry PassionateAn intimate understanding of technical gear combined with the excitement to share that knowledge with beginners and pros alike.
- Knowledge or experience with Weston boards/skis is a plus
- 1–2 years ski/snowboard industry or shop experience is a plus
- Community DrivenAlignment with Weston’s core values of Community, Safety, and Sustainability, and a desire to foster those values in every interaction.
- Solution Seekers1–2 years of service-oriented experience with a proven track record of resolving complex situations with a positive attitude.
- Safety MindsetMinimum AIARE Level 1 preferred to help guide our community toward safe and responsible backcountry travel.
