We explore how to recreate responsibly in the backcountry, which is most often public land managed by the USFS. We will discuss proper backcountry etiquette, how to know if an area is motorized/non-motorized, or mixed use. We will also learn about some great local projects from CMC and the Vail Pass Rangers.
