The first flakes of the season are right around the corner, and Adventure Fest is your ticket to checking out the season’s best gear, including Weston Snowboards.

This summer, the Weston team packed up their Vail Valley home base and hammered the last nails into their new and very unconventional showroom. Although Weston’s product line—along with Colorado’s interest in backcountry exploration—is growing, its showroom is getting smaller.

Owners Leo Tsuo and Mason Davey have spent the past few months building the industry’s first Tiny Home Showroom from the ground up. The duo has big plans for their mobile, solar-powered headquarters, including promoting their boards and skis to new audiences across the Front Range.

Splitboards, which are snowboards that split into two ski-like parts for backcountry skinning, are the core of the business. Davey said, “We’re really new to a lot of people outside our area (Minturn, CO), both as a company and sport (splitboarding).”

Tsuo and Davey also plan to use their newfound mobility to partner with ski and snowboard shops across the state to promote backcountry safety and avalanche education.

Don’t miss Weston, along with countless outdoor industry brands and experts, this Saturday at Denver’s Sculpture Park. Step inside their tiny home, made of beetle kill pine, upcycled denim, and repurposed flooring, and get excited for every Coloradan’s favorite season.
